Common Types
Bowl Cutters
The bowl cutter also known as bowl chopper is a meat chopping equipment designed to produce small or very small (“finely comminuted”) lean meat and fat particles. Bowl cutters consist of a horizontally revolving bowl and a set of curved knives rotating vertically on a horizontal axle at high speeds of up to 5,000 rpm.
Plasma Cutting Machines
These machines are used for cutting almost all metals including stainless steel, mild steel, carbon & alloy steels, copper, brass, aluminum & its alloys and steel.
Carbide Cutters
These cutters are made from carbide which allows them to run at higher speeds than similar HSS cutters, yet still maintain their cutting edges.
