Compacting Roll Briquetters are Compacting Briquetters that are designed for the most rugged applications. These units can be configured for briquetting, compacting and granulation of a variety of products. Offered in sizes with capacities ranging from pounds per hour to many tons per hour. Construction ranges from industrial grade for minerals processing, to highly polished exotic metals for food or fine chemical processing.

Working System

In this briquetting system, powder feeds and a liquid binder (if necessary) are fed into a premixer. The premixed feed is then fed to the Briquetter to form the final product. Product shape is determined by the shape of the rolls. The product is dropped onto a screener to sift out any fines present. The fines are recycled to the mixer.
