Multi-Point Discharges

Multi-Point Discharges are equipment that are match up to the fill points on tray lines, cup lines, jar lines, horizontal vacuum machines, twin vertical machines, premade bag pouchers and other similar packaging applications.

Common Features and Benefits

  • Discharge configurations include 1×2, 2×2, 3×2, 1×3, 1×4, and 1×6 and can be oriented in the conveyor direction or perpendicular to the conveyor direction.

• MPD weighers can achieve speeds in excess of 360 weighments per minute. • To maximize line efficiencies and eliminate product and packaging waste, weighers include No- Container, No-Dump software which prevents the discharge of product when a package is absent. • MPD weighers can be equipped with individual collection buckets or, depending on the application, a single collection bucket segmented to accommodate the individual discharges. • MPD weighers come in 14, 16, 20, 24 and 36 head weighers in standard configuration and with memory buckets.
