Fluidizing Bottoms

Fluidizing Bottoms’ drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time is 20-30 minutes normally. Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

Applications

Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields. Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material. The materials that volumes migh vary during drying process

Common Features

  • Three air injection valve assemblies controlled by one solenoid valve for aeration sequencing
  • Ceramic valve seat directs air into material at various angles
  • Abrasion-resistant urethane valve

Wear parts replaceable from outside container

  • Air controls: manifold, regulator, hoses, and solenoid
  • Cone angle approx. 70°
