Acoustic Enclosures

Designed to reduce noise levels at source on new or existing machinery, Acoustic Enclosures will help you to meet specific noise reduction requirements within factories or can be used to reduce noise pollution to the surrounding external area. The enclosures can be constructed from any outer materials for a finish to your requirements and also all weather conditions. Each acoustic enclosure installation is treated individually. Site evaluations are carried out to determine the type of enclosure required.

Equipment such as presses, foundry shake-out machines, nail making machines, and granulators require an inlet and outlet for entry and exit of the product. These openings need attenuation to minimise noise emission. Fans emitting considerable noise through the casing will also need to be enclosed and therefore penetrations will need to be provided for the air inlet and outlet. A small ventilation fan may be needed to remove the electric motor heat.
