Direct Blasters
Direct Blaster resolutions a blockage made by adhesion or clog of bulk material, by blasting its compressed air. Large destructive power and well suited in safety. Especially, produce an effect in bulk material which is firmly clogged by giving vibration. Easy operation and enable to control plural units at the same time. Selection of a model is arranged from 2.5L to 230L tankage, regarding to the size of tank, hopper, and blockage circumstances. More than one units of direct blaster can be controled remotely by using control panel. In case of one unit only, any of manual or electric operation in available. If there is danger of dust explosion in electric control, safe operation can be achieved by changing 3-way solenoid valve to air type.
New valve-mechanism improved maintenance
Former direct Blaster, once placed in silo(hopper) took time to replace its consumable part, since it needed to remove the blaster body and in many cases was placed in high area. By adopting new valve mechanism, it became easier to change a consumable part inside the valve and maintenance has improved.
