Turbine Mixers are commonly used for grinding of ceramic raw materials. Turbine Mixers can be used to mix two-part compounds fast by attaching the mixer to any variable speed drill.
Materials and Operations
Turbine Mixers consist of a cylindrical tank made of thick electro-welded sheet steel with rotor, fixed disperser and an internal cylinder lining made of special wear- resistant steel.
The drive transmission unit consists of an electric motor, hydraulic coupling and transmission belts connected to a speed reducer; the rotor shaft is attached to the reducer end shaft.
Common Features
- Turbine Mixers are 18 (45cm) long, making them suitable containers for up to 5 gallons.
- Turbine Mixers are very rugged, epoxy coated steel.
- Turbine Mixers are suitable for use in cordless or corded electric drills.
