Live Roller Conveyor or Powered Roller Conveyor is the most common Conveyors used in large warehouses and distribution centers. Rollers are powered through various means, therein producing movement in needed direction. The load is supported directly by the roller mounted in a frame.Live roller conveyor provides limited incline movement capabilities.

Conveying machine which moves objects over a series of rollers by the application of power to all or some of the rollers. Live roller conveyors power either some or all of the rollers to propel the load down the line. Roller Conveyors shine where the load is solid and stable.

A live roller conveyor distinguished by a drive motor connected to a wide, flat belt which contacts the underside of the roller surface causing the rollers to rotate and move the load. The load is placed directly on the belt, which is supported by the rollers.

The live roller conveyor is used for conveying transport units in areas where there is no risk of accumulation. In this casem the conveyor flow is continuous.
