Vacuum Lifting Systems
Vacuum Lifting Systems are used to assist manual lifting task and to facilitate them by relieving the worker from heavy loads. By implementing vacuum lifting systems , the workpiece and the worker's health can be prevented from damages and meanwhile the productivity can be increased, as processes are accelerated.
The vacuum tube lifter also uses vacuum to lift the workpiece. The lifting hose of the tube lifter is contracted. Therefore the diameter of the lifting hose is decisive for the load that can be lifted.
The vacuum lifting devices use chain hoists for the lifting process. Due to the chain hoist and the high holding forces of the suction pads of the lifting device, heavy workpieces with loads up to several tons can be securely lifted by only one person.
