'''Granulating Briquetters''' designed for the most rugged applications. Designed for press agglomeration, compacting, and briquetting operations, there are a variety of screw and roll compactors configurations available to optimize each process. A hydraulic measuring device indicates press force and will automatically regulate feed rate to maintain preset pressure limits-a feature incorporated into the design of our roll compactors to ensure that sensitive products are not over pressed. Integral, tire or segmented roll types are manufactured utilizing a vast array of application engineered metals and alloys to suit your individual process.
'''Gas Coaters''' are used in methods to produce thin films using solutions, suspensions or liquid precursors (chemical preliminary stage). Preferentially, it is applied for expensive or minor amounts of source solution. A solution is applied on a rotating substrate and nearly completely removed by spinning, so that only a thin film remains (see schematic view below).

Some situations call for a granular product, with maximum resistance to attrition and with maximum bulk density. Hard dense sheets produced by roll compactors are milled and screened to specific particle sizes. Granules made by this method of compaction and granulation offer maximum hardness and density.
Additionally, the majority of the eliminated solution can be collected and led back. Depending on the desired properties of the film the viscosity, the wetting behavior and, if necessary, the solids content will be modified.
