Conveyor Heaters
Conveyor Heater is specially designed to provide comfort along a conveyor line. The heater heats both sides of the conveyor line, but does not heat the items on the conveyor belt. The system is comprised of a series of heaters, typically located every ten feet over the conveyor line, a Zone Control Panel, and a step-down transformer, which converts the 120-volt current to 24 volts.

Chain Conveyor Heater
Chain Conveyor Heater is used for continuous heat treatment of small items. Its operating temperature is up to 500 °C. Heat treatment systems with small space is required (when no space is available for the traditional continuous ovens).
Belt Conveyor Heater
Belt Conveyor Heater is used for annealing of automotive valves. Air circulation by tangential fans is present. Heated length is 5 m, cooling zone 2 m, conveyor width 0,6 m.
