Drum Heaters are similar with the Barrel Heaters and Container Heaters. When liquids are stored in drums or pails, maintaining a viscosity or certain temperature is often necessary. Examples are adhesives, mastics, resins, grease, paint, oils and many liquid food products. Where external heating is required or preferred, flexible Drum Heaters can keep these materials at proper handling or process consistencies. Drum Heaters are used to reduce viscosity of liquids and gels by heating in order to fill, pump or bottle the respective liquid or to prevent liquids from freezing inside the drum.

Drum Heaters

Good Materials

  • Metal sheath for High impact long life, high watt Density applications
  • Silicone for chemical resistance, quick install, low watt density and wattage requirements.
  • Insulated for Tough to heat Indoor or outdoor applications
