Elevator conveyor is a combination of Elevators and conveyors. Elevator conveyor is a gentle handling, sanitary, and economical lift or lowering conveyor for many products. Products such as food, pharmaceuticals, electronic and industrial parts can be conveyed without damage to the product.

Features

  • Non-corrosive stainless steel, solid or open tubular construction, provides heavy duty structural integrity and eliminates flat dust accumulating surfaces. These units are available in various configurations; such as inclined or vertical.
  • No metal to metal contact points in product zone and surrounding areas. Bucket, sprockets and guides are precision made of high strength UHMW.
  • Minimum dimensions on vertical and horizontal lengths are shorter than conventional elevating conveyors.
  • A wide range of belt materials are available for applications from below freezing to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • No jamming of buckets as experienced with some conventional elevating conveyors.
  • Integral bucket to belt design provides a low maintenance system.
