Inclined Conveyors are used to bring products from one level to another via a hinged or flexible belt. Products can be controlled by cleats on the belt during elevation, and kept on the belt by flights or side rail systems.Inclined conveyors have a sheet metal frame with pulleys at either end. Compared to a roller bed incline, stopping a loaded slider bed may not shift product backwards as much due to friction between the belt and bed. This type of bed is also beneficial when moving products that do not have a flat bottom. Incline conveyors are excellent to convey between a mezzanine and floor level, docks, overhead conveyor to floor applications, and other areas where a items must be conveyed at an angle.

Some designs have adjustable angles of incline, but some elevating Conveyors have fixed angles of incline. As well as industrial applications, we have elevating conveyors for all kinds of applications such as vehicle loading and unloading, and also inclined conveyors for taking products from ground level to mezzanine floor level.Inclined conveyor are also used for transporting sand, stone and aggregates. The advantage of inclined conveyor is the lifetime and the demand on maintenance. The inclined conveyor enables continuous elevation of products. It provides gentle handling of sensitive products e.g. tissue rolls and is easily adjustable for different sizes.
