Radiation Level Meters

Radiation Level Meter is used for fixed-point level measurement and alarm control in industrial production processes. It is suitable for long-term use in various harsh environments. It can be used for detection of high and low level limit and alarm control.

The radiation level meter is mounted to the exterior of a measurement container, such as a spherical tank, silo, chute or pipeline; and is used in location detection and warning control for material and liquid levels in industrial production. It is suitable for all kinds of harsh environments and durable enough for long-term use. It is applied to the detection and warning control of high and low limits in mine, coal, electric power, steel, metallurgy, cement and chemical industries; and is also used for the location detection and control of equipment and moving equipment states.

Principle

Radiation level meter estimates empty material or full material according to a ray intensity change after the ray permeates the equipment (silo or tank), and determines bin level detection.

Characteristic

  • Non-contact measurement is unaffected by material quality;
  • It is durable for long-life, high-sensitivity and high-efficiency scintillation detector which reduces radiation source dosage, and ensures environmental radiation safety;
  • The measurement result is correct, stable and has little disturbance from environment;
  • It is simple to install and operate.
