High Temperature Heaters

High Temperature Heaters are applied with independent zone control & high process temperature. Maximum watt densities are up to 6.2 W per cm sq. Maximum operating temperatures are up to 2250 degrees F.

Common Applications

High Temperature Heaters are commonly used for air heating, plastic forming & diffusion bonding, hot forging dies, soil remediation, aluminum processing, & fluidized beds for heat treating. Industries served include semiconductor, life sciences, plastics, packaging, power generation, food servicing, process, & aerospace.
