The Classifying Dryers are now being widely used over the industry for different purposes
Characteristics
- Direct contact with the stream of hot gases.
- Entrained air flow dryer with 3 simultaneous main functions of fine grinding separation and drying.
- Be able to separately control the drying, pulverizing and separation.
- A wide range of applications for quite different types of material.
- Simple and stable operation.
- Completely dried product almost(zero moisture).
- No change of product properties by the higher drying efficiency and more rapid evaporation capability.
- Easy control of powder size distribution with the installation of the high speed pulverizing and separator.
