Scaling diverter valve is used principally to divert materials in pneumatic transit to receiving vessels. In the straight through position the inlet and exit points are aligned through the machined bore of a rotating paddle so that the material passes straight through the valve. Principle Of Operation

Scaling diverter valve is used principally to divert materials in pneumatic transit to receiving vessels. This diversion can be used for such things as in-line filling of bulk storage bins, scale hoppers or process hoppers. In the straight through position the inlet and exit points are aligned through the machined bore of a rotating paddle so that the material passes straight through the valve. Set in the diverting position, (turned through 90 degrees) the air and material enter the inlet port to be directed downwards by the diversion paddle, into the receiving vessel.

Features

  • Restriction free, full size port
  • Self cleaning action
  • Seals are fully protected from abrasion
  • Completely dust free operation
  • For pressure applications up to 15 PSI (1bar)
  • For full vacuum applications
