The training can be adapted for your needs. For the one day training option, the morning focuses on the theoretical aspect of cooling, with presentations and discussions over the principles of climate change adaptation, the impacts of unavoidable climate change, and the role of green infrastructure in addressing these impacts.  The afternoon is a more practical, scenario-based approach, exploring the ways in which climate change adaptation can be built into a range of project types, some of the issues and barriers facing incorporating features of this type, and some examples of where green infrastructure based climate change adaptation has been successfully built into projects.
