Continuous Level Meter is intended to measure the level of liquids and bulk fluids inside various technological vessels. The operation of the device is based on detection of ionizing radiation changes that caused by variations of the level of tested material inside a vessel. Industrial operation of the device is not the subject of control by the radiation protection services because the activity of radiation sources is so small that they do not require special registration and permission.
The principle of the continuous level meters operation is based on the phase-locked loop (PLL) technique of capacity measurements which results in a high linearity and good stability of the level measurement.
