Flue Gas Valves

Flue Gas Valves can control or shut-off flue gasses. These flue gasses can be produced by ovens, kilns, Rotary Disc Furnaces etc. and can be very hot. The open and closure can be manually or automatically. An thermal extention to the actuator is needed to protect the actuator against melting. Most actuators can be used till 80°C.

Applications

Depending on the application, flue gas valves can be used in various application areas:

  • Cogeneration
  • Gas turbines
  • Power plants
  • Industrial dedusting
  • Flue gas and desulphurisation systems
  • Bypass for filters
