Ring & Disc heaters should be clamped firmly to the application surface. Small diameter disc heaters can be nested inside larger ring heaters to increase heating capacity. Center holes of all heaters accommodate positioning of the heater & facilitate mounting to threaded studs welded to the surface to be heated. Utility clamps are positioned over the heater and bolted down upon the threaded studs. The studs can also be through bolted vs. welded. Tighten clamps wrench tight and the back off 1/2 turn for expansion. | |||
