Lift Belt Conveyors

Lift Belt Conveyors are used to convey bulk materials in the same manner as a conventional troughed roller supported conveyor. A continuous belt is driven around a head and tail pulley using a normal motor drive, however the one major difference is that a trough section or deck plate is uses as the structure to support the belt &and a film of air is introduced between the underside of the belt and the trough, which is supplied by a centrifugal fan.

Lift Belt Conveyors can be enclosed for dust containment of product and the environment. Material, general shape, and speed are important basic values to be considered for maximum efficiency, performance, and case of operation. Belts run silent, and can convey fine powder product up to 200mm material size.
